Returns and Exchanges
We understand that online shopping doesn’t always meet expectations, especially when it comes to beauty and nail products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
For items purchased directly from us, we offer returns for store credit. You can return your item and receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price. This credit will never expire and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Please note that if your item was purchased during a sale or with a discount, the credit amount will reflect the discounted purchase price. Store credit cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or discount codes.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- You have 10 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return.
- Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items showing signs of use (e.g., nail polish residue, opened packaging, etc.) will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Once your return is received and processed, we will send an email with your store credit details.
Shipping:
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for proof of return.
For products fulfilled through Amazon (dropshipping), returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with Amazon’s return policy. Please contact Amazon directly or visit your Amazon order history to manage those returns.
Important Shipping Details:
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is marked as “returned to sender” or “undelivered,” contact us for assistance on how to retrieve or re-send your package. Cancellation requests are subject to a $7 fee if the package is returned to sender rather than misdelivered.
- We advise using a permanent shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to temporary addresses (e.g., hotels, short-term rentals) that are not retrieved in time. If a package is returned to us, we will offer re-shipment or the option to cancel with a $7 cancellation fee.
Once your package is handed over to the postal service, it is under their responsibility. We are happy to assist in case of issues, but we recommend contacting your local postal service directly if tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package. Please feel free to reach out to us at hello@miacollection.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Customs and International Shipping:
We are not responsible for customs fees or charges imposed by your country. If these fees are not paid and the item is not delivered as a result, we cannot be held responsible. If the package is returned to us, we will notify you with options to re-ship or cancel your order for a $7 fee.
Order Cancellation:
We cannot guarantee successful cancellation once an order is placed. For the best chance, contact us as soon as possible at hello@miacollection.com. If cancellation is possible, a $7 fee will apply.
We are unable to cancel, edit, or change addresses for orders that have already been shipped.
